West Palm Beach, Florida punk/hardcore outfit, CENTURIES, is about to undertake a new US tour, taking their live show to new sectors of the country. Still touring on their Southern Lord-released Taedium Vitae debut LP, the band will embark westward out of their home state on a twenty-two date tour on April 9th, the trek running out to and up the West Coast US before cutting back down through the Midwest back to their home turf with a closing show in Orlando on May 1st with Of Feather and Bone
The ninth wonder of the unnatural world, Sweden’s technically intoxicating extreme metal quintet MESHUGGAH, are returning to North America this summer to celebrate their 25th year of musical deviance with festival appearances, Canadian dates, and clubs that will fill to capacity. Another great evening of music was put on display this last friday (03/21), with the tour featuring Protest the Hero and Battlecross, featuring The Safety Fire (UK), Intervals, Night Verses, and locals Violent Vendetta. An insanely solid lineup and show, this was a lineup that really any metal fan could just walk into and enjoy. Compared to the Friday before that, with the current tour of Between the Buried and Me, one didn’t have to be solely a prog metal guy to have fun.
U.S Death Metal Unit BLOODSOAKED are gearing up for the 2014 “Consuming Europe” tour with SHORT FUSE, INSATANITY, AITTALA and AGE OF ARES. The tour, which kicks off on Thursday, April 3 in Berlin, Germany, comes ahead of the release of BLOODSOAKED‘s forthcoming album, Religious Apocalypse, out later this year on Comatose Music.
