
Punk rock legends The Sex Pistols (Steve Jones, Paul Cook, and Glen Matlock) featuring Frank Carter have announced four additional dates to their upcoming North American tour. Celebrating the band’s 50th anniversary, this monumental tour kicks off at Dallas’ Longhorn Ballroom on Sept. 16, a fitting location as the historic venue was the location of a chaotic Sex Pistols 1978 concert. The tour -their first U.S. run since 2003- will feature a complete performance their iconic 1977 album, Never Mind the Bollocks, Here’s the Sex Pistols in its entirety, plus more.

For nearly two decades IRON LUNG have played an integral part in punk / hardcore and all scenes adjacent via their music and very own esteemed label, Iron Lung Records. From the beginning, duo Jensen Ward and Jon Kortland have ethically / sonically approached the world: Do It Yourself, obscure, extreme, maladjusted and utterly free from the constraints of “music” or, more widely, rules in general. Today IRON LUNG are back with their first new full-length album in over 12 years – Adapting // Crawling – a vital, 21 minute onslaught that takes head shots at mental health with specific emphasis on the exacting tolls that the past five years have taken on humanity.

For the first time in twenty years, Anthrax will share a stage with Black Sabbath when the band performs at Sabbath’s “Back to The Beginning” concert set to take place on Saturday, July 5 at Villa Park in Birmingham, England. Anthrax toured with Black Sabbath on the band’s 1986 “Seventh Star Tour,” which was also Anthrax’s first arena tour. The last time they were on the same bill as Sabbath was in 2005 at the Download Festival in the UK.

Following two festival performances – Bangers Open Air in São Paulo, Brazil and Sonic Temple Festival in Columbus, Ohio respectively – heavy metal icons ARMORED SAINT will enter the studio next month to begin recording their long-awaited ninth studio album, tentatively slated for a Spring 2026 release through Metal Blade Records.
