Last month, Marvel announced another hard-hitting series of tales told in a limited palette of black, white and red, this time starring MOON KNIGHT! When director James Gunn was looking for a truly rocking and raunchy song to include as part of the upcoming ‘Peacemaker’ show on HBOMAX (starring WWE wrestler John Cena as the role of Christopher Smith/Peacemaker), he couldn’t have made a better selection than the Nashville Pussy classic, “Come On Come On.”  

On Wednesday, December 8, Mayor Wilson Fisk will have all of Marvel’s heroes in his deadly grip as DEVIL’S REIGN, the latest Marvel Comics crossover event, begins! Spinning out of writer Chip Zdarsky and artist Marco Checchetto’s Eisner-nominated run on DAREDEVIL, this far-reaching saga will see Kingpin use his power and influence in a vicious quest to rid the world of every last Super Hero. The story will conclude in March but the epic aftermath will only have just begun…<  

The early years of the Caped Crusader get a closer examination as Warner Bros. Home Entertainment (WBHE) brings the fully-remastered The Batman: The Complete Series to Blu-ray for the very first time. Produced by Warner Bros. Animation and DC, the 65-episode box set will be distributed February 1, 2022 by WBHE on Blu-ray+Digital ($69.99 SRP) in the United States, and a Blu-ray only package ($79.98 SRP) in Canada.  

Emmy-winning SPAWN creator and director/producer Todd McFarlane announced the launch of a dedicated television development and production arm of McFarlane Films. Through McFarlane Films, which has a first-look television deal with wiip (MARE OF EASTTOWN), McFarlane and his President of Television, Sean Canino, identify and develop new emerging talent, creator-owned properties, independent brands, stories, and characters.  

Image Comics is pleased to announce the return of multiple award winning, bestselling series Saga by Brian K. Vaughan and Fiona Staples to shelves. The long anticipated Saga #55 issue will kick off a new story arc and land in stores on Wednesday, January 26 from Image Comics.

McFarlane Toys and Target have launched pre-orders for the Batman Classic TV Series Collection in conjunction with Target’s The Collector’s Spot Summer Geek-Out; a month-long celebration of geek culture & fandom!  

Since 2018, comic book and graphic novel publisher IDW has explored the darkest corners of the Star Wars universe, beginning with Tales from Vader’s Castle and continuing with Return to Vader’s Castle and Shadow of Vader’s Castle. This fall, Star Wars fans will feel that familiar shiver down their spine once more in Star Wars Adventures: Ghosts of Vader’s Castle, a five-issue comic book miniseries and the latest horror-packed entry in the Vader’s Castle saga!  

wiip, the independent studio behind HBO’s hit “Mare of Easttown,” has partnered with Emmy-winning SPAWN creator and director/producer Todd McFarlane to develop “Sam and Twitch” as a premium television drama series. The project will be based on two of the most prominent characters in the SPAWN comic franchise, which recently broke the Guinness World Record for the longest-running creator-owned comic and has sold hundreds of millions of copies in more than 120 countries worldwide. This announcement follows the news that McFarlane’s newest comic project, “SPAWN’S UNIVERSE #1,” is officially the biggest new title launch from IMAGE COMICS’ in the 21st century.  

It is being reported that Emilia Clarke is in the final stage of negotiations with Marvel to be involved in their upcoming Secret Invasion series which will be on Disney+. Variety is the one that reported that Clarke would be joining a cast that already includes Samuel L. Jackson, Kinglsey Ben-Adir, and Olivia Colman. The comic Secret Invasion is “a story that involves a subversive, long-term invasion of Earth by the Skrulls, a group of alien shapeshifters who have secretly replaced many superheroes in the Marvel Universe with impostors over a period of years, prior to the overt invasion. Marvel’s promotional tagline for the event was “Who do you trust?” The TV series was announced in early...

Jeffery Dean Morgan of The Walking Dead has confirmed that a Neagan spin-off of The Walking Dead is in talks of coming to life. The show’s final season is premiering on August 22nd. Morgan appeared on the Conan show this last week to talk about the show and had a few interesting thoughts about the show and when it was brought up about Neagan he said “It’s definitely being talked about,” He also said “I think they’re thinking of a couple different ideas, but I’ve definitely had conversations about possibly continuing the story of Negan. You know, we just did the ‘Here’s Negan’ story, which is sort of the prequel [of] how Negan became this guy, and I shot that...
