Ta-Nehisi Coates’ acclaimed run on BLACK PANTHER returns next month with BLACK PANTHER #23. Featuring art by Daniel Acuña and Ryan Bodenheim, BLACK PANTHER #23 marks the beginning of the epic conclusion of Coates’ redefining work on BLACK PANTHER that began in 2016.  

Announced last month, Marvel is honoring the 50th anniversary of Man-Thing with a new series. Starting in March with AVENGERS: CURSE OF THE MAN-THING #1, the three-part Marvel Universe-spanning event will continue in April with SPIDER-MAN: CURSE OF THE MAN-THING #1. In this installment, critically acclaimed writer Steve Orlando (Martian Manhunter, Batman, Wonder Woman) will be joined by artist Alberto Foche (Dan Dare) who makes his Marvel Comics debut with an unforgettable tale.  

Hot off the heels of the popular release Paul Is Dead, the critically acclaimed Paolo Baron and Ernesto Carbonetti return with Jim Lives: the Mystery of the Lead Singer of The Doors and the 27 Club—an all new original graphic novel that plays with the theory that Jim Morrison never died. This is the second standalone graphic novel in the trilogy and will be out from Image Comics in June 2021.  

Legendary creators Louise Simonson and Walter Simonson will be returning to the X-Men franchise this April in X-MEN LEGENDS #3. The pair will be teaming up for an all-new, in-continuity story set during their groundbreaking run on X-Factor— notable for introducing one of the X-Men’s greatest villains, Apocalypse, and boldly transforming Angel into the metal-winged Archangel.  

Acclaimed writer Kurt Busiek’s new ongoing series, THE MARVELS, will debut this April. Now, the former Mjolnir wielder will get a brand-new limited series written and drawn by superstar creator Daniel Warren Johnson (Wonder-Woman: Dead Earth, Murder Falcon, Extremity)! BETA RAY BILL will begin a new saga for the worthy alien hero, spinning directly out of the events of Thor and King in Black.  

Bestselling writer and Lucifer showrunner Joe Henderson reteams with popular Captain Marvel artist Lee Garbett for the upcoming teen horror series, Shadecraft. – Renowned animation producer Bruce Timm takes the Dark Knight back to the 1970s for a supernatural-laden martial arts extravaganza in Batman: Soul Of The Dragon, the next entry in the popular series of the DC Universe Movies. Produced by Warner Bros. Animation and DC, the feature-length animated film will be released by Warner Bros. Home Entertainment on Digital starting January 12, 2021, and on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Combo Pack and Blu-ray on January 26, 2021. The film is rated R for some violence.
