This week Marvel launched their new homepage with an interchangeable screen that works well for any device you place it on. Whether you are using a smartphone, tablet, or your desktop this site will run perfectly for all your comic book reading needs.  

The world has a vast variety of different tastes in just about anything. Food, clothing, and music varies pending on what country you are in. This is almost especially true with comics. China seems to be quite the fan of Rogue losing her virginity to Sentry. However, it seems across the board that everyones new favorite is Injustice: God’s Among Us.  

The new Superman Unchained fold out poster has been released. This amazing work of art is the love child of Jim Lee and Scott Snyder. The comic comes out next week and is an additional $2 than normal pricing due to the huge fold out poster. This fantastic piece of artwork will be strung up on walls of fans everywhere.  

We haven’t heard much from Trent and the boys for awhile. Recently they announced that there was a new album coming for fans entitled Hesitation Marks that is due to air September 3rd, 2013. There newest singles was leaked today and is already on sound cloud for all the trollers of the internet to enjoy.  

Joss Whedon is standing for his Iron Man. Robert Downy Junior is in the middle of negotiations with his contract for Marvel’s The Avengers 2 and Marvel’s The Avengers 3, but it’s not clear whether he’ll return or if Marvel will recast Tony Stark. Please say it isn’t so. I couldn’t see Tony Stark as anyone else at this point.  

Lego has pretty much dipped into every single nerdy franchise in existence for the last 3 years. They have created many a film and game including DC characters and Star Wars. It seems only appropriate that they would get involved with Marvel Super Heroes in their next gaming franchise.  

It appears to be in rumors that Benicio Del Toro will not be playing Thanos. There is great speculation that he may be playing other roles related to the Marvel Universe. It is in speaks that this Oscar winner may be in “collection” and contention for other roles.  

Drummer Inferno undergoes surgery and unable to perform while he recovers Poland’s blackened death metal outfit BEHEMOTH have been forced to cancel their upcoming appearance on the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival due to their drummer Inferno taking ill and requiring surgery.  

Marvel has teamed up with Gazillion and Secret Identity Studios to take the MMO category to a completely new level of excitement and engagement, as Marvel Heroes combines action role-playing games with the MMO genre. This first trailer was released late May shows gameplay, new heroes and new enemies. The opening cinematic was released this week, and it looks freaking amazing. Check it out below. This game is going to give World of Warcraft a run for it’s money.  

Oh Thor, you beautiful specimen of Godly hammer wielding man. Thor; The Dark World will be released on November 8th to theaters everywhere. There is so much to expect from this film. There will be Dark Elves, which look pretty creepy if you ask me. There will be Natalie Portman, who is just nice to look at. There will be Malekith the Accursed who will be played by the doctor himself, Chris Eccelston. So many many exciting things to look forward to.  

The excruciatingly heart-breaking news of Jeff Hanneman’s death wrenched the hearts of metal fans this month. It was spread over every single social media network, news publication, and message throughout the world. Through all of this devastation, the remaining members of the band, plus a new addition found the strength to perform yesterday at Poland’s Impact Festival. Thus, a new era of Slayer was born.  

Recently Marvel Comics has been creating many variant covered featuring baby super heroes that have done surprisingly well all over the market. They are marked up on ebay for quite a bit including Deadpool #1 for $30, Fearless Defenders #1 for $16, Iron Man at $20, Red She Hulk at $16. Who can blame buyers, they’re kind of adorable. However, the hefty pricing of these books are about to be liquidated by the mass production of books and variants that are about to flood the market.
