Los Angeles-based Electronic Rock outfit 9ELECTRIC are pleased to share that they will be joining on for the remaining dates of Otep’s “Resistance” World Tour here in the states. The band’s first date on the tour is today (June 27th) in St. Paul, MN, with the tour concluding in Mesa, AZ at Club Red on July 5th. These new shows will see 9Electric continue to support their latest studio album, The Damaged Ones, which came out last summer on Another Century Records.  

Organizers behind Chicago’s Riot Fest (September 15-17 at Douglas Park) unveiled the daily lineups for this year’s festival. Highlighting Friday night’s lineup is Nine Inch Nails, New Order, A Day to Remember, Vic Mensa and Ministry. Danzig joins in Saturday’s festivities alongside Queens of the Stone Age, Wu-Tang Clan, a DJ set from The Beastie Boys’ Mike D and At the Drive In.

Heavy rock mainstays SOiL and Saving Abel will join forces on the aptly titled “Redneck Rebellion Tour” in September and October 2017. In a co-headlining venture, each band will rotate slots throughout the tour and both perform a full set. Joining the rebellion will be openers Kirra.  

Austin, TX noise rock kings CHERUBS have announced a new round of US tour dates for this summer.  Dates include stops at Am Rep’s BASH 2017 and the Louisville edition of PRFBBQ.  These mark the first CHERUBS shows in over two decades for the following cities.  

Anaheim-based Hard Rock outfit NEW YEARS DAY are pleased to be making their return to the road in North America. In addition to performing on the main stage for every date of this year’s Vans Warped Tour, the band is thrilled to announce that they will be joining Halestorm and Starset on the “Halloween Scream” Tour this Fall.  

GRAMMY® Award-winning hard rock band Halestorm has announced details of a major North American headline tour. “Halestorm’s Halloween Scream” begins September 22nd at Denver, CO’s High Elevation Rock Festival and then travels through late October (see attached itinerary).  

A Perfect Circle, who recently wrapped up a sold out U.S. tour, return to the road this fall, kicking off a North American trek at the Aftershock festival on Oct. 21.

Following a long radio silence, Finnish rock giants HIM have announced the Bang & Whimper Tour 2017, closing the final chapter on their 26-year career.  Front man Ville Valo offers, “After quarter of a century of Love and Metal intertwined we sincerely feel HIM has run its unnatural course and adieus must be said in order to make way for sights, scents and sounds yet unexplored.
