Fresh off their summer European tour with Iron Maiden, Killswitch Engage has announced the rescheduled dates from their Spring 2018 tour.

Blabbermouth reported today that Huntress lead vocalist Jill Janus has committed suicide as per Facebook posts from her former band mates. Janus, 43, was one of the more prominent women in heavy metal in recent  years.  

Five-piece nature-core band, from Tokyo, Japan, Earthists., have released their second full-length album, ‘LIFEBINDER.’ The band had the opportunity to work with several talented people throughout the recording process. The album was mixed and engineered by Asher Ally and produced by Systematic Productions.

Miami, FL hard rock band GEARS has announced US Tour Dates with ALL THAT REMAINS, UPON A BURNING BODY, EYE ON ATTRACTION, TOOTHGRINDER, NONPOINT, and ESCAPE THE PARADIGM. Starting August 21st with NONPOINT in Lexington, KY, GEARS will join ALL THAT REMAINS in Columbus, OH with the tour winding through the East and Midwest and down South, finishing September 28th in Charleston, WV.  

“We’ve had our moments in videos before when we capture the vision, or attitude and even the energy of our live shows,” said singer Elias Soriano. “But this video is the closest I’ve ever seen us get to capturing all of them in one so well. In celebration of the 15th anniversary of the release of their landmark second album The Reason, the Multi-Platinum band HOOBASTANK, have announced they’ll launch a nationwide U.S. headlining tour this fall. “The Reason Tour” will see the band perform the pivotal album in its entirety alongside fan favorites and new songs off their recently released sixth studio album PUSH PULL, available now via Napalm Records.  

Gates of Hell Records (a Cruz Del Sur Music imprint) has announced the forthcoming release of CHEVALIER’s Chapitre II on 12″ vinyl MLP. The sold-out 2018 EP was specially re-mastered for this vinyl release and features an exclusive BROCAS HELM cover version of “Fly High.” The MLP is limited to 500 green vinyl copies and includes one A4 insert.
