GODSMACK have been forced to postpone their upcoming European tour following the unexpected death of the son of guitarist Tony Rombola.  

The Queens, New York-based SWORN ENEMY – whose intense fusion of metal, thrash and New York hardcore has provided the soundtrack for numerous moshpits over the past two decades – have signed with M-Theory Audio. The label will release the group’s sixth album, produced by Robb Flynn of Machine Head, in 2019.  

Memphis rockers Savage After Midnight have announced their 2019 winter tour with Pop Evil. The band will be joining the tour midway through the run starting on January 25th in Atlanta, GA until February 2nd in Sayreville, NJ.

It literally doesn’t stop. Death metal as far as the eye can see in 2018, and it just doesn’t get any better. 30 years ago, I wasn’t even a thought to my parents. Having just celebrated my 24th birthday, age is creeping up on me and feeling very much apparent as I’m slowing falling into seniority. To think that for the entirety of my lifetime (and then some) that Paradise Lost has been hustling and exploring the sonic landscape of gothic, doom-laden metal, is astonishing. Yet here I find myself, camera in hand, as the band makes their first New York appearance in six years to celebrate the extensive history of their band.

Ferocious American metal pioneers JUNGLE ROT have announced headlining dates for their return to European shores this spring. “Finally, the wheels are in motion and we return to Europe for the first time in five years with the 2019 Send Forth Oblivion Tour Part 1!” exudes JUNGLE ROT warlord Dave Matrise.
