Los Angeles based Nu-Metal band Dirty Machine has released the official music video for their single, “Further From You.” Directed and edited by Ron Underwood from 9Electric, “Further From You” was produced by Ulrich Wild (Deftones, Static-X, Pantera, White Zombie, Breaking Benjamin, Limp Bizkit) and was mastered by Gentry Studer (Incubus, Deftones, 36 Crazyfist, American Head Charge, Otep).
Italy’s sonic alchemists UFOMAMMUT begin their month-long North American tour tonight, Wednesday, May 23rd, in Providence, Rhode Island. The band’s latest journey breaks a three-year silence since their last stateside tour, and includes performances at Maryland Deathfest, Northwest Terror Fest, Sled Island Festival, and more. Classic 80’s rock veterans Vixen will release “Live Fire” via Rat Pak Records on July 6, 2018. Mixed by Michael Wagener, “Live Fire” features 12 live tracks and was recorded at Chicago’s legendary Arcada Theater during the group’s successful 2017 tour. In addition to the classic Vixen songs, the effort also includes a newly recorded studio version of “You Ought to Know By Now”, an all new studio acoustic version of their hit song “Edge of a Broken Heart” and a live version of a previously unreleased track called “Big Brother”.
Due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances involving complications with the U.S. visa process, Swedish masters of death metal Bloodbath have been forced to postpone their upcoming North American tour dates. The band’s excursion was set to begin this week and included performances at Maryland Deathfest and Modified Ghost Festival. The tour will be rescheduled for a later date.
New Zealand’s highest-charting rock act Like A Storm is returning with new music next month. The band is slated to release Catacombs on June 22nd via RED MUSIC. Catacombs marks the first album from the band in three years since the release of Awaken The Fire in 2015, which spawned the hit singles “Love The Way You Hate Me,” “Become The Enemy,” “Wish You Hell” and “Break Free.”
