The Black Queen, the alternative/electronic outfit featuring Greg Puciato (The Dillinger Escape Plan), Josh Eustis (Telefon Tel Aviv/Puscifer) and Steven Alexander Ryan (Nine Inch Nails/A Perfect Circle technician), have announced their first, full North American trek with dates kicking off on Feb. 22.
“Our energy is so high right now following our recent run of European shows, and we’re grateful and excited to keep it going and to finally, after a few years of only playing Stateside shows here and there, be able to come play everywhere we can in North America,” says Puciato of the upcoming five-week trek. “Excited to have Uniform with us, as well as Kanga and SRSQ. We’ve been looking forward to this for a long time, so come out, let go, and get lost with us for a night or two.”

The band premiered the video for “Thrown Into The Dark,” featuring footage culled from the band’s September performance at Cold Waves Los Angeles, via Revolver (https://www.revolvermag.com/music/black-queen-debut-thrown-dark-video-announce-north-american-tour).
The Black Queen released their debut album, Infinite Games, in September with praise coming from fans and writers worldwide. Australia’s Kill Your Stereo called it “infectious-as-hell,” Exclaim said the new music digs “into cold, goth-tinged pop sounds particularly well,” Alternative Press described the songs as featuring “beguiling, alluring textures” and Kerrang said Infinite Games “brings new meaning to the word heavy in its vulnerability, depth and breadth of expression.” The band played the trio of Cold Waves’ festival dates before heading overseas for a month of sold out shows, crisscrossing Europe with dates across the continent including the UK, Russia, and Germany.
