It’s that time ladies and gentleman, Walking Dead almost here. A teaser for the new season was released today on the glory of all that is the internet for us to see.  

Today was the first day that we got to see The Walking Dead’s Michael Rooker as Yondu. Pictures were snapped of him on set of James Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy. This is the first that we have seen of him in costume and we’re excited to see more. The photos come courtesy of Superherohype.  

After many years of broken dreams and wishful thinking it is entirely possible that the hope for a new Spawn film may be coming soon. Todd McFarlane has made a few statements lately that have led us to this belief, and goddamn are we excited.

It has been stated that Saoirse Ronan has passed on the chance to play Wanda Maximoff in the latest installment of Avengers: Age of Ultron. With all of the drama surrounding this character it should come as no surprise that the role is being tossed around like a hot potato. Zack Snyder was in speaks of featuring the brother/sister duo of Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch in his newest film Days of Future Past but, was thwarted by the firm grips of Disney/Marvel quickly leaving the roles with a stigma that need to be filled.  

The time has come for Disney to integrate it’s newly obtained Marvel titles into their theme parks. This fall the god of thunder will show his god-like face in California. Disney will not be able to incorporate any of the Marvel world on the east coast due to the fact that Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida already has pre-existing contracts with Marvel for their own Marvel Island. However, the west coast is fair game and so the mouse take the reins in their newest installment of franchise and merchandising.
