This March, the Future Foundation is proud to partner with Marvel Comics to unveil FANTASTIC FOUR: FIRST FOES #1, the first of four additional authorized comic book one-shots retelling of the Fantastic Four’s heroism and early adventures, starting with their encounter with one of New York City’s most notorious villains: the MAD THINKER! FANTASTIC FOUR: FIRST FOES #1 will be written by Fantastic Four aficionado and legendary Marvel Comics writer Dan Slott and drawn by award-winning super hero artist Mark Buckingham.

Inventory of last week’s high-impact series launch of Escape—from the elite creative unit behind Uncanny Avengers, Rick Remender (Deadly Class, The Seasons) and Daniel Acuña (Captain America, Black Panther)—has been obliterated at the distributor level. Escape #1 is being rushed back to print under emergency orders from Image Comics this week to meet the incoming barrage of reorder fire.

“Predator: Badlands,” the thrilling new entry in the “Predator” film franchise, arrives in theaters on November 7. That same month, Marvel Comics will publish PREDATOR: BADLANDS #1, a tie-in comic by writer Ethan Sacks, known for his stellar work on Marvel’s Star Wars titles, and, in his Marvel Comics debut, artist Elvin Ching, a promising recent participant of Marvel’s Art Atelier program. Serving as the official prelude to the highly anticipated film, the one-shot is being produced in close collaboration with director Dan Trachtenberg, who will also write a foreword for the issue.
