Theatrical-rock duo One-Eyed Doll are thrilled to announce that they will be embarking on a co-headlining Spring tour with fellow female-fronted rockers Eyes Set To Kill. With support from Open Your Eyes, the appropriately titled the “Visions Tour” will kick off in Salt Lake City, UT on March 16th, routing all throughout the US and wrapping up in Sacramento, CA on April 30th.
English Metalcore outfit ASKING ALEXANDRIA will return to the road in North America as direct support for Bullet For My Valentine on their British Invasion Tour this winter. The Platinum Selling group ended 2015 with the announcement of their fourth studio album, The Black, which is slated for a March release this year on Sumerian Records
In support of their latest record The Color Before The Sun, Coheed And Cambria are about to head out on their next round of U.S. headline dates. The tour will commence in Boston on February 22, 2016 and take the band through major U.S. markets including a show at The Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City on March 4, 2016. The tour will wrap up in Denver on March 27th. Support on all dates will come from Glassjaw and Silver Snakes.
UK Battle Doomsters CONAN will return to North American this March in support of their new album Revengeance due out January 29th via Napalm Records. Today the band announces a new North American tour alongside Serial Hawk. The tour is set to kick off March 3rd in Chicago, IL and will run through March 26th is Seattle, WA. Guitar icon Zakk Wylde will release Book Of Shadows II on April 8th, 2016 via Entertainment One Music (eOne Music), his first solo release in 20 years. This release is the highly anticipated follow up to 1996’s Book of Shadows LP, a classic album Wylde released between his work with Ozzy Osbourne that has since become a fan favorite. Book Of Shadows II was recently named as one of the “Most Anticipated Metal Releases of 2016” via Rollingstone.com.
Progressive death metal outfit Rivers of Nihil have amicably parted ways with drummer Alan Balamut. Regarding the split, Alan comments: “Hey everyone. I’m sure many of you already know and some may not but I have decided to part ways with Rivers of Nihil a few months ago in good terms. The reason is simply that I need to financially situate myself (NYC isn’t easy) and my urge to finish school in Music Production. I found Dylan Potts just before my departure and I believe he fits in and performs with the band in phenomenal ways. DROWNING POOL have announced a string of headlining tour dates serving as the first wave of support for their forthcoming LP.
