Evan Conway Comic Book News, Movies, News Comments Off on Opinion: The Flash Director Leaving Is Good For DCEU

I recall the internet exploding in 2014 as Edgar Wright announced his departure from Ant-Man. Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, and The World’s End all stand as some of my favorite movies, and Scott Pilgrim vs. The World is no doubt included in there, too. So when the acclaimed director left the new Marvel property I had wanted so badly, I was stunned. I wasn’t alone, as Evangeline Lilly (Hope van Dyne) even has gone on record stating that she nearly walked out of the film with the announcement. And by the time the first trailer dropped, it seemed confused as to whether it wanted to be dramatic or comedic. Ant-Man seemed like it was going to be Marvel’s first flop at the box office, even after Guardians of the Galaxy...

Evan Conway Movies, News Comments Off on Star Wars Episode VIII Theory: Rey’s Vision

Love it or hate it, you have to admit that there is much to discuss with the film ,and since the film’s release four months ago, the internet has been ablaze, searching for any information regarding Episode VIII. Since it’s currently filming (And we know the chances of leaks are very, very slim at this point) then it’s only a matter of time before we get any information on the film. Evan Conway Comic Book News, Movies, News, Reviews Comments Off on Batman v Superman Review *Spoiler Free*

It’s a timeless argument that we all have become accustomed to: which of the two titans would win in a fight to the death? We’ll never truly have an answer, since Batman and Superman are very rarely pitted against one another in comics, but a movie based around a conflict between them? On not just a physical but moral way? That seems awesome, right?
