Denver road dogs HAVOK are ready to lay waste to another section of North America, this time alongside headliners Exhumed and Goatwhore. The band will play two warm-up shows in Colorado on October 21st and 23rd before joining Exhumed in Amarillo, Texas where the chaos will officially commence. The band will be touring in support of their critically-lauded Time Is Up full-length, released earlier this year via Candlelight Records.
Mexican corpse-walkers ZOMBIEFICATION are set to unleash their new EP Reaper’s Consecration via Pulverised Records in conjunction with Chaos Records later this year. Having risen from the grave in 2009 following the release of their debut, Midnight Stench, ZOMBIEFICATION wasted no time in concocting a venomous brew that makes up Reaper’s Consecration.

Nonetheless, with each and every day that grows closer to the release of Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, it becomes more and more exciting. Not only will we be seeing new characters from the Marvel and Capcom universes, such as Nova, Iron Fist, Ghost Rider, Hawkeye, Dr. Strange, Rocket Raccoon and Nemesis, Vergil, Strider, Firebrand, Phoenix Wright and Frank West, respectively, but Capcom announced a series of new game modes at their panel at NYCC as well.

Warner Home Video has released the latest DC Comics DVD Batman: Year One, and the film holds very true to the comic book version written by Frank Miller and drawn by David Mazzucchelli from 1987. The movie is chronicled on a “Year One” time line which is shown on the screen from January to December.
Batman: Arkham City – The Album will be released in conjunction with the highly anticipated forthcoming videogame Batman: Arkham City. Featuring 11 new original tracks by Panic! At The Disco, Coheed and Cambria, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, and more (full track list below), Batman: Arkham City – The Album will be released tomorrow, October 4th, two weeks prior to the game’s North American release on October 18th.
