The German-American band Them is one of the most remarkable and charismatic new metal outfits that Steamhammer/SPV have signed in recent years. The group’s masterminds are American vocalist KK Fossor (ex-Coldsteel) and German guitarist Markus Ullrich, co-founder of prog metal band Lanfear and member of speed/thrash metal act Septagon as well as instrumental project A Cosmic Trail.  

PigWeed is like nothing you’ve ever heard before with its groundbreaking, progressive style. Hailing from South Texas, the band was founded in 2009 by Mauricio Ortega.  

My Friend Dahmer is based on the acclaimed graphic novel about one of the most notorious serial killers ever. Its screenplay landed a spot on the coveted ‘Black List’, ranking it as one of the best un-produced screenplays (at the time) before becoming a hit movie.  

This spring, The Black Dahlia Murder will embark on a North American tour, featuring Homewrecker as support – before they join Whitechapel, Fleshgod Apocalypse, Aversions Crown, and Shadow Of Intent for their trek across the USA that kicks off June 8th. See below for all dates.

Topping charts worldwide this past weekend, Bad Wolves’ cover of The Cranberries’ “Zombie” has hit #1 in multiple countries around the globe. The track will appear on the band’s debut album Disobey, coming out May 18th on Eleven Seven Music.  

Female-fronted metal group Butcher Babies announces their national co-headlining “Kings & Queens Tour” alongside fellow hard rock royalty Nonpoint. The tour follows the release of Butcher Babies’ chart-topping third studio album, Lilith, released in October via Century Media Records. Nonpoint will perform new music off their highly anticipated 10th studio album, slated for a Summer 2018 release via Spinefarm Records. Rising heavy metal band Cane Hill and punk/rock group Sumo Cyco will join the headliners. Tickets go on sale Friday, March 16.
