New York, NY – HATEBREED will headline the second stage of this year’s ROCKSTAR ENERGY DRINK MAYHEM FESTIVAL this summer which kicks off JULY 10 in San Bernardino, CA and runs through AUGUST 14th, hitting venues across the US. All American Anthemic rockers, Drowning Pool will be joining Sevendust on an upcoming tour throughout the mid-south and northwest regions in the US. The trek begins on February 18 at The Varsity Theatre in Baton Rouge, LA. Tickets go on sale this Saturday and Sunday with Kansas City, MO going on sale January 29 (please see tour dates below for specific ticket on sales). On Wednesday, January 20th from Noon to 2pm ONLY, LA-based heavy metal burger truck Grill ‘Em All will be offering a new menu item: a burger specially designed by the band Five Finger Death Punch.

On March 16th, 2009, Serj Tankian, a Grammy Award winner and one of rock’s most unconventional front men, took the stage at the majestic Auckland Town Hall in New Zealand with the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra to perform a very special orchestral interpretation of his critically acclaimed debut solo album Elect the Dead. The dynamic one-off performance was recorded and filmed in HD by six cameras, and the dramatic result has been captured in Elect the Dead Symphony — a CD/DVD that will be released by Serjical Strike/Reprise Records on March 9, 2010.
