It is official, Black/Death Metal fiends ACHERON have been booked for the 2010 C.I.M. fest! This will be the first time ACHERON has played this festival and the band is very much looking forward to it.

“When We Were Angels” will be available through iTunes in January 2010 Marky Ramones Blitzkrieg’s first new song with Michale Graves (ex-Misfits) “When We Were Angels” made its debut on Matt Pinfield and Leslie Fram’s morning show in NYC last week. Marky has also been playing the song on his radio show Marky Ramone’s Punk Rock Blitzkrieg. 2010 marks his 5th year as on Sirius/XM Radio.

Marilyn Manson’s insurance coverage will pay $175,000 to settle a lawsuit brought against him by a former member of his band, but all of the money will go to the plaintiff’s attorney, a lawyer for the goth rocker said today. Stephen Bier, better known by the stage names Pogo and Madonna Wayne Gacy, brought his breach-of contract case in Los Angeles Superior Court in August 2007 against Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner.
