TRIBULATION will make their much anticipated return to North America this week when they join the likes of Abbath, High on Fire, and Skeletonwitch as part of this year’s Decibel Magazine Tour. The Swedish metal outfit’s occupation of the U.S. will then continue when they play select dates as direct support for Ghost as part of their “Black To The Future” tour. And now, Tribulation is excited to announce that they will also be a part of this year’s Psycho Las Vegas Festival, which is headlined by Blue Oyster Cult.

Massachusetts-based extreme metal outfit Abnormality has announced the details for their upcoming sophomore album, Mechanisms of Omniscience! Due out April 29th worldwide via Metal Blade Records, Mechanisms of Omniscience marries the ceaseless brutality coming out of New York and New England to the hyper-blasting intensity endemic to Quebecois death metal; as unrelenting as it is passionate, the album tackles real world issues with intelligence and raw emotion.  

26-year-old French electro-metal artist and producer, THE ALGORITHM has teamed up with Metal Underground to premiere the music video for his brand-new track, “Pointers.”  Directed by Richard Oakes of UK’s Dark Fable Media, the video provides a direct look at THE ALGORITHM’s intense live experience, and provides a perfect visual to further expand on the term “heavy computer music” – a phrase that has been largely used to describe the project.

Katatonia, the Swedish purveyor of dark progressive rock/metal, has revealed details of its eagerly awaited 10th studio album, The Fall of Hearts, set for release on the May 20, 2016 through the band’s long-time home of Peaceville Records.

According to the bands website, AC/DC are forced to reschedule the 10 upcoming dates on the U.S. leg of their “Rock or Bust” World Tour. AC/DC’s lead singer, Brian Johnson, has been advised by doctors to stop touring immediately or risk total hearing loss.  

Through Fire has announced that they will embark on the ‘Generation Doom’ 2016 Tour that begins on April 8th in Las Vegas, NV and ends in Los Angeles, CA on May 28, 2016. The tour will be in support of their new single “Stronger” which is making a big impact at radio. The band will be releasing their debut album later this year via Sumerian Records.
