Texas Industrial Rockers, BlackStar Republic, have inked a deal with Zombie Shark Records. The band’s sophomore album, ‘Humanatti’, was produced by Josh Johnson at Great Interstellar Studio and is set to be released on Friday, June 28th, 2019. The band combines styles that span across many genres; mixing industrial elements and old-school rock and metal influences with modern a modern twist.  

JUNGLE ROT’s Send Forth Oblivion Tour Part 1 stomped across Europe earlier this year, followed by a North American tour with Deicide and Origin that just wrapped up, and now the Wisconsin metal assault announce the Send Forth Oblivion Tour Part 2, returning to European shores next month. The band has also announced a permanent basher behind the drum kit with Spenser Syphers.  

Canadian heavy music artist Devin Townsend has announced the 4th part of his career-spanning vinyl box-set series. ‘ERAS Part 4’ is set for release on August 23rd  2019, and features ‘Ziltoid The Omniscient’ & ‘Z² – Dark Matters’, plus the vinyl debut of ‘Ziltoid Live At The Royal Albert Hall’ & ‘The Retinal Circus’ – across 9 pieces of 180g vinyl inside a sturdy 2-piece box set with an LP-booklet filled with liner notes and comments by Devin.  

Following a seven week tour supporting John5 and several festival appearances, Los Angeles’ DEAD GIRLS ACADEMY announce their summer plans with ‘The Cruel Summer Tour,’ kicking off July 20 as part of Edgefest in Jackpot, NV, and making their return to Canada before wrapping up with a hometown show at the Whiskey A Go Go August 18. Joining the tour will be Alive In Barcelona and Clio Cadence.  

Atreyu have dropped the video for their new single “House of Gold,” directed by Monte Legaspi. “‘House of Gold’ is a really important song on the album, especially for myself and Alex. This song is about finding pure love. For us, that was through our children. It’s finding something or someone that truly gives you purpose,” said drummer Brandon Saller.

Nonpoint have dropped their new video for “Fix This,” directed by Eric Richter. “There are two sides of everything that’s broken,” said singer Elias Soriano. “One side lives in the world of destruction and the other in the world of repair. The song ‘Fix This’ dives into what it feels like to be on both sides of the fight.”
