Image Comics and Skybound Entertainment will launch a five-issue, limited comic book series, SKYBOUND X. This exciting comic event will feature iconic characters such as THE WALKING DEAD’S Rick Grimes, TELLTALE’S THE WALKING DEAD’s Clementine, and more Skybound favorites. Heavy hitter creators including Robert Kirkman, Ryan Ottley, Tillie Walden, Donny Cates, Joshua Williamson, Chip Zdarsky, James Harren, and Daniel Warren Johnson will contribute stories from the best Skybound series past, present, and future.
Issue #6 of the breakout bestselling series Radiant Black by Kyle Higgins and Marcelo Costa will treat fans to a special one-shot, in-universe story featuring the artwork of legendary David “Darko” Lafuente (Ultimate Spider-man, Superman) and guest co-writer Cherish Chen. Radiant Black #6 is set to hit shelves from Image Comics this July.
The trailer for Jupiter’s Legacy has dropped. The show will be airing on Netflix and it is an adaptation of Mark Millar and Frank Quitely’s graphic novels. The comics were originally released by Image Comics in 2013. The show will premiere on May 7th and follows the lives of superheroes who have aged out and need to hand over the reins to a new set of heroes. The show will star Josh Duhamel as Sheldon Sampson, Andrew Horton playing Sam’s son Brandon, and Elena Kampouris playing Sam’s daughter Chloe.
Skybound Entertainment has announced they will be doing charity variant covers for Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month.
