IDW Games announced it would be bringing its latest imported title to market in March of 2015. String Safari, a game of tile placement and string manipulation has players competing to complete research projects by roping in the most exotic animals. Designed by Hisashi Hayashi (Trains, Lost Legacy: Binbo Tantei to Inbo no Shiro) and featuring all-new artwork by Fico Ossio (Skylanders) this all-ages adventure will rope in gamers from all walks of life.
Long Island’s explosive technical metal quartet CAR BOMB has been declared as direct support for the mighty Meshuggah on their upcoming 25 Years Of Musical Deviance Tour in Europe this December. The six-city run, from December 12th through 21st, will see the bands inundating venues in Switzerland, Italy, Holland, France, England and Germany, which when combined, will surely deliver one of the most damaging metal tours of the season. Additional support will come from Semantik Punk.
Being a huge fan of Doom, Drone, Stoner, and fuzz in general, and having a borderline obsession with finding stuff on Bandcamp, I have foudn some incredible releases, many not known by people who don’t frequent the site. One such find is the album Klonopain by Curse the Son, a doom band of the bleak and monolithic style.
