Italian symphonic metal five-piece TEMPERANCE have just released their heartfelt new song, “My Demons Can’t Sleep”, off of their upcoming album Viridian. The new single is about the demons that everyone harbors inside of them: all of the inner troubles, issues, fears, rage and daily struggles that are often hidden away from the world. “My Demons Can’t Sleep” paints a picture of those feelings in a beautiful way and symbolizes a beacon of hope in the darkness of those frenzied thoughts.

Washington D.C. crossover thrashers RED DEATH announce co-headline North American Expedition tour with Enforced today. The band will be in on tour starting January 4th in Washington D.C. and wraping on January 31st in Brooklyn, NY.

Legendary death metal giants MORBID ANGEL will kick off their anticipated US headlining trek later this week. The 2019 USA Sickness Tour will commence November 21st in Houston, Texas and make its way through over two-dozen cities upon its conclusion December 21st in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Support will be provided by Swedish black metal practitioners Watain and American death metal veterans Incantation.

Swedish death metal long-runners DERANGED have entered Berno Studio (Amon Amarth, The Crown, Witchery) in Malmö, with plans to record their tenth album, follow-up to “Struck By A Murderous Siege” (2016). The record is set to be released early next year on Agonia Records.  

Tortured blackened death metal outfit WITHERED premiere their new music video for “Somnium Decay.” The song was previously only available via a very limited edition flexi disc. The track is now digitally available via all streaming services. WITHERED comment: “It’s been nearly a decade and a half since we’ve left the shores of North America. Withered has decided it is time again to get face to face with our fans & friends in the old countries of Europe. We are excited to share this massive effort with our friends in Cannabis Corpse and help celebrate the release of their new album. Progressive metal outfit BARISHI have announced a North American co-headliner with ETHER COVEN. The trek will kick off on January 16 in Raleigh, NC and will conclude a month later in Jacksonville, FL on February 15. The full run of dates can be found below. Ticket links are TBD.

Knotfest, the music and lifestyle phenomenon created by multi-platinum, genre defining metal band, Slipknot, has announced its first ever cruise event, Knotfest At Sea. Furthering the global expansion of the Knotfest experience, the inaugural voyage of the Knotfest At Sea cruise will set sail from Barcelona on August 10th 2020 returning on August 14th.  

TOOL’s Fear Inoculum (RCA Records), the Los Angeles-based band’s chart-topping, record-breaking, critically-acclaimed and, until now, physically sold-out fifth album is heading back to record stores, with an expanded book edition of the collection slated for a Dec. 13 release.
