Boston thrashers REVOCATION have been on a tear, touring across North America and the rest of the world in support of their latest release 2014’s Deathless that was released on Metal Blade Records. Seattle death grind faction, THEORIES, will return to the stage this Fall on a bout of live takeovers with iconic West Coast hardcore nihilists, The Infamous Gehenna. The band’s latest path of destruction begins October 22nd on their home turf and will raze seventeen cities, the trek drawing to a close on November 7th in Olympia. The tour follows THEORIES‘ successful Summer journey supporting Goatwhore, Black Breath, and Ringworm.

Supporting their acclaimed Black Age Blues LP, released in June, closing a fifteen-year gap between full-length albums, Southern California’s GOATSNAKE has just announce a trio of headlining East Coast performances in mid-October, with shows in Philadelphia, Washington DC and Brooklyn confirmed. This stint of shows will fall in line just two weeks after the band headlines a ten-city West Coast Southern Lord Tour.

Swedish death metal unit, AEON, will begin their march through North America this evening on the Devastation On The Nation Tour featuring headliners Origin and Krisiun. Set to embark in Crest Hill, Illinois, the Metal Injection-sponsored live takeover will decimate nearly three-dozen venues through October 5th. Additional support will be provided by Alterbeast, Soreption and Ingested.  

Texas-based DEAD TO A DYING WORLD has completed their immense sophomore album, Litany, and plans to release the record this October alongside a Western US tour. In advance of its release, DEAD TO A DYING WORLD exclusively premiered “Beneath The Loam” as the first single from the record to be made publicly available.  

Battleground Records has hammered out a deal with Los Angeles area-based black/death metal quartet, DECEIVE, for the release of the band’s forthcoming debut album. The band is currently writing and demoing material for the record, with plans of entering the studio to record later this year and releasing the LP in 2016.
