Chicago’s filthiest trio marches out of the sewers of hell with twelve freshly-severed slabs of death metal sleaze! BONES is back with Sons of Sleaze, the follow up to their 2011 self-titled release. Recorded with famed producer Sanford Parker (Lair of the Minotaur, Nachtmystium), Sons of Sleaze will be out November 8 on Planet Metal.
A first new sign of life from Polish Black/Death Metal legends BEHEMOTH comes in form of the song “Blow Your Trumpets Gabriel” off their upcoming new record “The Satanist.” The album was produced by Behemoth, Wojtek and Slawek Wieslawscy and Daniel Bergstrand in Hertz Studio. “The Satanist” was mixed by Matt Hyde (Slayer) and mastered by Ted Jensen (Metallica, AC/DC) at Sterling Sound. The cover art, which will also be revealed on December 4th, is a painting by renowned Russian painter and occultist, Denis Forkas. For the cover, Nergal’s own blood was included in the paint. Additional artwork was handled by Metastazis and Zbigniew Bielak.
The Marvel Machine keeps chugging along as news hits that Marvel Studios and Netflix are teaming up to produce and showcase 4 Marvel themed TV shows and one Mini Series. On the docket for 2015 will be Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist. All will get 13 episode orders and all four series will intertwine into the Defenders Mini series ergo The Avengers movie. Marvel Studios will produce with ABC Studios.
