Marvel’s Lord of the Jungle is back! The iconic Ka-Zar will be starring in a brand-new limited series this September. Written by Zac Thompson (Yondu, Age of X-Man) and drawn by Germán Garcia (Immortal Hulk, X-Men), KA-ZAR: LORD OF THE SAVAGE LAND will pick up on the hero’s exciting journey since his death and resurrection during last year’s Empyre. Back from the dead with a whole new terrifying set of powers, the saga will serve as a bold evolution of the character while staying true to his jungle roots as the mighty hero goes up against a mysterious new villain with twisted plans for the Savage Land.
Next February/March, Igorrr will embark on a North American headlining tour, featuring Melt-Banana and Vowws as support. Dubbed “Spirituality and Distortion North American Tour 2022”, this will be the first stateside trek in support of Igorrr‘s critically acclaimed album, Spirituality And Distortion, released in March 2020.

Black Label Society will head back out on the road this fall in North America with Obituary and Prong as support. Kicking off on October 1 in Sacramento, CA, the aptly named “Doom Trooping Over North America” tour will span coast to coast before wrapping up in Albuquerque, NM, at the end of November.
One of heavy metal’s all-time greats, Judas Priest, will finally get the opportunity to celebrate their 50th anniversary this year with the launch of a North American tour this fall. The 50 Heavy Metal Years Tour will also feature Sabaton as openers and is being fueled by the highest charting album of Priest’s career, ‘Firepower,’ which peaked at #5 on the Billboard 200.
Image Comics co-founder Erik Larsen has spun a momentous story arc conclusion to the long-awaited Ant finale and fans want more. Issue #12 has sold out completely at the distributor level and is being fast-tracked for a reprint in order to keep up with growing demand. The reprint will feature new cover artwork by Larsen.

wiip, the independent studio behind HBO’s hit “Mare of Easttown,” has partnered with Emmy-winning SPAWN creator and director/producer Todd McFarlane to develop “Sam and Twitch” as a premium television drama series. The project will be based on two of the most prominent characters in the SPAWN comic franchise, which recently broke the Guinness World Record for the longest-running creator-owned comic and has sold hundreds of millions of copies in more than 120 countries worldwide. This announcement follows the news that McFarlane’s newest comic project, “SPAWN’S UNIVERSE #1,” is officially the biggest new title launch from IMAGE COMICS’ in the 21st century.
