It’s no secret that we enjoy Marvel’s Netflix series. While their films are in their own right great, the Netflix series (For me, at least) captures what I love most about the concept of superheroes. Since the initial announcement of the Marvel-Netflix deal, every season released has been building up to The Defenders, in which the Netflix heroes team up and fight a threat bigger than any of them individually. Finally, it seems we’re getting close.
Nearly three and a half years after initially being announced, Marvel and Netflix have finally brought together their Defenders team. While not a functioning unit just yet, the groundwork has been laid out and we’re finally up to Iron Fist, the proclaimed “Final Defender.” The controversy and press around this series has been, to say the least, polarizing, but what does a casual Iron Fist fan such as myself have to think?

Today, Marvel is pleased to announce an ambitious spring advertising campaign that will see several key Marvel Comics releases advertised ahead of blockbuster films and airing on broadcast television channels with the key goal of exciting and mobilizing TV & Film fans into local comic book shops and retailers.
Syfy and Universal Cable Productions (UCP) today announced a pick-up of two more installments of the critically acclaimed horror anthology series, CHANNEL ZERO. In addition, UCP has signed an overall deal with the series’ executive producer, Nick Antosca (“Hannibal,” “Teen Wolf”). Under the agreement, Antosca will develop and produce scripted programming with UCP for the NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment portfolio and for external networks and streaming services.
The Time Travel Shenanigans of Barry Allen continue to haunt on the Return of The Flash.
