Tokyo, Japan-based VIVISICK will drop their ravenous new second full-length later this month via Tankcrimes Records. Titled, Nuked Identity, the ten-track bruiser and follow-up to 2008’s smoldering Respect And Hate long player was tracked at Sonic Band Studio in Tokyo, mixed and mastered at UGA Chaotic and boasts twenty-three-minutes of deliciously manic hardcore punk doused in boisterous singalongs, melody and wackiness for fans of The Stalin, Toy Dolls, 625 and traditional Japcore.
This Friday, September 4th, Battleground Records will release the debut LP from Oakland-based LAMENT CITYSCAPE, The Torn, showcasing the duo’s monstrous doom-fueled industrial metal with fifty-two minutes of material. In advance of its official unveiling, the album has been made available for streaming in its entirety to fans early.
Visigoth will be performing in southern California in October for a true heavy metal festival that is not to be missed. The self-titled Digital EP from new supergroup BLOOD DIVISIONS is available today on Metal Blade Records. BLOOD DIVISIONS features a who’s who of metal musicians, including Chris Jericho, Dave Austin, Ralph Santola, Terry Butler, Greg Gall, Bill Owen, John Mahoney and Ben Meyer. The Digital EP features two tracks, the first being a cover of the Nasty Savage track “The Morgue“ and the second is a cover version of the Scorpions classic “Top of the Bill“.

Kaotoxin Records has announced the signing of a multi-album deal with French blackened death metal band Azziard. The band is fronted by A.S.A., vocalist for The Negation who released their newest album, Momento Mori, in July under the Kaotoxin banner. Azziard’s lineup also features former and current members of Moonreich, Whispering Tears, and Bran Barr.
