Tokyo, Japan-based VIVISICK will drop their ravenous new second full-length later this month via Tankcrimes Records. Titled, Nuked Identity, the ten-track bruiser and follow-up to 2008’s smoldering Respect And Hate long player was tracked at Sonic Band Studio in Tokyo, mixed and mastered at UGA Chaotic and boasts twenty-three-minutes of deliciously manic hardcore punk doused in boisterous singalongs, melody and wackiness for fans of The Stalin, Toy Dolls, 625 and traditional Japcore.  

LA’s underground metal/hardcore band Twitching Tongues has announced a fall headlining tour with Harm’s Way in support of their upcoming record, Disharmony, which is due out October 30th on Metal Blade Records. Additional support will be provided by Homewrecker and Malice At The Palace.  

Failure return to the road in support of The Heart Is A Monster this October with a special friend in tow, former touring band member, Troy Van Leeuwen (Queens of the Stone Age). Van Leeuwen was a touring member behind Fantastic Planet and played on four of the songs from The Heart Is A Monster.  

This Friday, September 4th, Battleground Records will release the debut LP from Oakland-based LAMENT CITYSCAPE, The Torn, showcasing the duo’s monstrous doom-fueled industrial metal with fifty-two minutes of material. In advance of its official unveiling, the album has been made available for streaming in its entirety to fans early.  

Visigoth will be performing in southern California in October for a true heavy metal festival that is not to be missed. Devoutness, the new album from Italy’s SYNAPSES, is out now on Cimmerian Shade Recordings. An excellent mix of modern technical death metal with an old school mindset and appeal, the band’s sophomore full-length is available on digital and CD formats.  

After a year of honing their malefic craft, North Carolina Blackened Thrashers ALL HELL will release a volatile offering entitled The Red Sect October 16 on Horror Pain Gore Death Productions. New track “Venomous” is now streaming at this location.  

The self-titled Digital EP from new supergroup BLOOD DIVISIONS is available today on Metal Blade Records. BLOOD DIVISIONS features a who’s who of metal musicians, including Chris Jericho, Dave Austin, Ralph Santola, Terry Butler, Greg Gall, Bill Owen, John Mahoney and Ben Meyer. The Digital EP features two tracks, the first being a cover of the Nasty Savage track “The Morgue“ and the second is a cover version of the Scorpions classic “Top of the Bill“.  

Baroness return with their first new music in three years, as the band releases their fourth album, Purple, on Dec. 18 via their recently formed label, Abraxan Hymns. Sweden’s THE GREAT DISCORD, who just unleashed their debut full-length album Duende in June, are pleased to announce that their new EP Echoes is now available for streaming on Spotify and will be available at other digital outlets and streaming services such as iTunes, Amazon, Google, Apple Music, and Rdio on 9/18. The Echoes EP contains a version of the track “The Aging Man” performed simply with a piano and Fia Kemp’s striking vocals (music video coming shortly!), two cover tracks, and radio edits for their songs “The Aging Man” and “Ephemeral“. Renowned guitarist, producer and engineer Masaki Murashita has announced the upcoming release of Inescapable Damnation, the debut EP from his solo project MURASHITA.  

Kaotoxin Records has announced the signing of a multi-album deal with French blackened death metal band Azziard. The band is fronted by A.S.A., vocalist for The Negation who released their newest album, Momento Mori, in July under the Kaotoxin banner. Azziard’s lineup also features former and current members of Moonreich, Whispering Tears, and Bran Barr.
