While their third full-length, At War With, inundated the masses in 2013, Mammoth Lake, California-based black/death trio VALDUR has remained secluded from band actions for several months, but now the cult confirms their upcoming emergence from their Sierra Nevada catacombs for a special live performance, as well as the penning of new material.  

The hotly anticipated new series from Kieron Gillen and Jamie McKelvie, THE WICKED + THE DIVINE, was first announced at Image Expo in January and has already generated a wave of enthusiasm across the comics community. Leaders in the industry and critics alike are singing the praises of THE WICKED + THE DIVINE, where the gods are worshiped as pop stars, but only live briefly and are reincarnated every ninety years.  

MAGISTER TEMPLI has announced a forthcoming European tour with California metal legends SLOUGH FEG. To celebrate the occasion, the band is releasing a brand new 7′-inch EP – “Nyarlathotep / Anubis” – on May 31.  

In May of 2012, IDES OF GEMINI unveiled their debut full-length, Constantinople. Its mere existence was a triumph for the three band members — Sera Timms (vocals/bass), Kelly Johnston-Gibson (drums/backing vocals), and Jason Bennett (guitar/backing vocals) — but other folks had some nice things to say about it as well.

Dynamite Entertainment is proud to announce that Fox’s hit Animated Series – Bob’s Burgers: The Comic Book series, will be coming to comic stores everywhere this upcoming August, and the series will be written, drawn, and overseen by the writers, animators, and producers of the TV Series! Now you can read about the Belcher family (parents Bob and Linda, and their children Tina, Gene and Louise) in brand-new in-canon stories, appearing exclusively in this comic book series. Bob’s Burgers is an animated sitcom that airs on Fox television with other hits such as The Simpsons and Family Guy!  

King Diamond confirms US festival appearance at Fun Fun Fun Fest King Diamond has confirmed an appearance at this year’s Fun Fun Fun Fest! This is the band’s first scheduled North American appearance since 2005 and will include their full European festival production stage set up.  

Swedish Viking black metal-tinged act, KING OF ASGARD, have announced “Karg” as the title of their third album. “Karg” will be released the 22nd of July, 2014 via Metal Blade Records.
