MARVELOCITY by Alex Ross will be published on October 2, 2018 by Pantheon Books, thirteen years after the release of his Eisner Award-winning, nationally best-selling Mythology: The DC Comics Art of Alex Ross. MARVELOCITY is a retrospective celebration of Marvel Comics, the other half of the comics galaxy that is currently ruling the world with Spider-Man, Iron Man, Captain America, Black Panther, the Avengers, the X-Men, Doctor Strange, the Guardians of the Galaxy, and the Fantastic Four.   

The annual International Day of Slayer is just around the corner – June 6, 2018 – and this year, the day’s celebration will begin with the release of Slayer’s Repentless special collectors edition vinyl box set.  

As revealed by Editor in Chief C.B. Hoobastank, the multi-platinum, 3X GRAMMY-nominated group have announced the release of their sixth studio album titled PUSH PULL on Friday, May 25. For the new album, the band partnered with producer Matt Wallace (Faith No More, Deftones, Maroon 5, Andy Grammer) in Los Angeles marking their first release on noted rock independent label Napalm Records. Actor Billy Blair has officially been added to the cast of Rob Zombie’s upcoming horror flick 3 FROM HELL. Billy made his way to Los Angeles earlier this week, where shooting of the film is well underway. 3 FROM HELL is a follow-up to his The Devil’s Rejects (2005), a sequel to House of 1,000 Corpses (2003) that followed the murderous, backwoods Firefly family as they hit the road in an attempt to escape a vengeful police force.  

Tremonti, the band comprised of Mark Tremonti on vocals/guitars, Eric Friedman on guitars, and Garrett Whitlock on drums, will be releasing their fourth full-length album, A Dying Machine, worldwide via Napalm Records on June 8th. Longtime producer, Michael “Elvis” Baskette, produced the album.
