Never Got Caught has announced a two week trek with Clutch this June through the Midwest and the south. This is a continuation of a long standing relationship with Clutch as Never Got Caught’s Bryan Hinkley (vocals, guitar) spent years working with the band including helping to write two songs for the band in the studio and playing on 2007’s full-length From Beale Street To Oblivion. Neil Fallon of Clutch returns the favor by contributing vocals to the song “Slipping Out” on Never Got Caught’s recently released full-length Creepshow (They Want More Records).

The Amazing Captain Nemo When I was first sent this movie, and I saw the age of it – 1970’s – I was not really looking forward to watching this movie.   It actually took me about a week to finally put it into my laptop to watch it,  I knew that if I  put a movie that old into my DVD player my wife would probably give me the “I  don’t think so” look.

At last weekend’s C2E2 convention, Dark Horse Comics announced that it would continue telling the epic tale of Robert E. Howard’s Conan the Cimmerian with the return of legendary writer Roy Thomas. Thomas introduced the comic-reading public to Conan in 1970, when he began the highly successful Conan the Barbarian for Marvel Comics, a title he wrote for ten years.
