The Melvins perform each Friday throughout January at Spaceland (Silver Lake, Calif.) with a different set and featured albums including the band’s current line-up, a 1983 incarnation with Mike Dillard and several albums in their entirety.  

A Day To Remember’s 2010 spring tour sold out every date, making it one of the hottest tickets earlier this year.  Now fans are getting another crack to see them.  A Day To Remember are pleased to announce the The Game Changers Tour in support of their smash album What Separates Me From You. “This tour is about bringing back what’s been missing from the game,” commented lead singer Jeremy McKinnon.  “People used to put on shows back in the day and we’re bringing that back.”    

Mortiis will return to the touring circuit this winter with a two-month, full European tour supporting evil-electro outfit Combichrist.  

Keeping with their tradition of bringing listeners the finest in underground metal, Abyss Records is pleased to announce the recent signing of Latvian old-school, sludge-laden death metal act DISEIM. With a five-song demo entitled Sinner already making its way through the metal community, DISEIM are currently hard at work on their full-length debut scheduled for a summer 2011 release on Abyss Records.  

Swedish old-school black metal kvltists WAN have announced that SPAZMOSITY drummer Dimman will be  joining the group as a session drummer for the foreseeable future.  

The recently-released double-disc Dio CD, ‘Dio at Donington UK: Live 1983 & 1987,’ is about to get a glorious vinyl makeover. On February 15, 2011, the album will be issued as a double vinyl set with deluxe gatefold packaging, and on 180 gram vinyl – the first-ever Dio album to be released in this high quality vinyl format.  

Due out on February 8th, 2011, Listenable Records resident blackened barbarians SVART CROWN offer their latest brutal masterpiece, Witness The Fall.   Spawned in France by guitarist/vocalist J.B Le Bail, SVART CROWN was born in 2005 with the idea to push the boundaries of extreme music, and create a new dimension of brutality and blackness. Following numerous tours in his native land, SVART CROWN released its first album, Ages Of Decay in early 2008.
