LISTENABLE RECORDS has announed the signing of genuine Swedish death metal band TORMENTED featuring members of SCAR SYMMETRY, ex-MARDUK and DEVIAN. TORMENTED started playing 2008 with no other intentions than creating Death Metal that they themselves wanted to hear. Although TORMENTED may sound old-school it is not deliberately so, this is pure Death Metal!  

Following up on the success of last year’s reissue of the classic Winter Of Sin, Abyss Records is proud to unearth yet another treasure from Norwegian black/death metal warlocks FESTER. Abyss has reincarnated FESTER’s 1994 masterpiece Silence on digi-CD. The reissue comes completely remixed, remastered and repackaged and features all nine original tracks and a live version of the song “Persecution” recorded in 1991.

California death metal legend, Autopsy, has confirmed a headlining appearance on the upcoming “Slaughter by the Water” festival in Richmond, CA.  The event is scheduled to take place at the Craneway Pavilion at 2:00PM on June 25th.  Other confirmed performers are Nuclear Assault, Whiplash, Cattle Decapitation, Zombie Apocalypse, Warbringer, and more.

Abyss Records is pleased to announce the addition of Swedish brutalists Fetus Stench to their already blood-soaked roster. The band’s self-titled demo, which was released earlier this year, is currently streaming online and a full-length is expected in early 2012.  

THE HUMAN ABSTRACT have released another brand new video for their song  “Patterns” off their latest record “Digital Veil.” “This was the first of two we shot in one day with director Scott Hansen.
