Fresh off his casting in Darren Aronofsky’s NOAH, Mark Margolis has joined the cast of Chiller’s original movie Beneath which just started production in Oxford, CT with an eye towards a Spring 2013 premiere. Beneath stars Danny Zovatto (Innocence), Bonnie Dennison (Stake Land, Third Watch), Chris Conroy (Sorority Row), Jonny Orsini (Imogene), Griffin Newman (Political Animals) and Mackenzie Rosman (7th Heaven).
With all the chatter in the inter -verse about the plot of the new X-Men movie, Bryan Singer sat down with whatstrending.com for an interview about his ne digital series H+ In the interview he talks about what might be coming up in the next X-Men film… and he says something really, really interesting towards the end…could it be, a melding of the Marvel properties in the movie universe? The first thing I will say about The Dark Knight Rises is “Don’t Believe the Hype”. This movie is not epic, ground breaking, one of the greatest movies of all time, as the critics would have you believe. This movie reminds me a bit of The God Father III, the immensely flawed finally in The Godfather Trilogy.
Comic heads were all abuzz this weekend with the new Marvel unleashed at this years San Diego Comic Con. The big surprise was the announcement of The Guardians Of The Galaxy coming in 2014. This is a somewhat of a surprise as Disney/Marvel will be taking somewhat of a a risk on a very limited known property in the Marvel Universe. The saving grace is the tie in value to super baddie THANOS. Other tent pole properties announced were Captain America: Winter Soldier, Iron Man 3 and Ant-Man.
