Marvel’s Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings has dropped. This film will star Simu Liu as Shang-Chi, Awkwafina, Tony Leung, Fala Chen, Meng’er Zhang, Florian Munteanu, Ronny Chieng, and Michelle Yeoh. The storyline follows Shang-Chi who is made to look to his past while being brought into the Ten Rings. The film is scheduled to be released on September 3rd, 2021.

Joe Cornish will be directing an adaptation of Mark Millar’s comic, Starlight. Starlight follows the story of hero Duke McQueen who is who saved the universe. When he returns to Earth, no one believes his story. Years later in his older years, he is called on once again for one final mission. Deadline reports that Joe Cornish will be writing and directing the film under 20th Century Studios and will be produced by Simon Kinberg and Audrey Chon.
