The highly anticipated debut, Red Roots by bestselling artist and rising star writer Lorenzo de Felici (Oblivion Song, Void Rivals, Kroma) has hit big with readers and sold out completely at the distributor level. Image Comics will fast-track Red Roots #1 for reprint—featuring new, feline-forward cover art by de Felici in order to keep up with surging reorder activity.
The upcoming Red Roots #3 issue will feature surprise variant covers by fan-favorite artists Declan Shalvey and Isabella Mazzanti as well.

De Felici and Kirkman’s creative alchemy set the Energon Universe on a path to sales-chart-domination and Void Rivals in-and-of-itself went on to become one of the biggest launches of 2024. It is currently on its 12th reprint with no signs of slowing down in momentum.
