The wold was lit on fire when At the Gates returned in 2010, and it continued to do so in 2014 when the band released At War With Reality to critical acclaim. Four years later, the band have undergone some line-up changes and taken some time off to prepare,b ut it’s obvious the classic melo-death group isn’t even close to being done.

The band announced this week that To Drink From the Night Itself  would be the title of their forthcoming release, and the band could not be more timely with their release. Due May 18th, At the Gates are set to set the world on fire again once again, and they’restarting with the title track from the new album.

There’s nothing unexpected here with At the Gates, but they’ve got a wheel that keeps on spinning and doesn’t need any adjusting. This one in particular is vicious and intense, exactly what the band is known for and it feels so good. Check the video for “To Drink Fro the Night Itself” below.
