Arizona’s Gatecreeper are continuing to make a name for themselves this year, with being on an opening slot for Cannibal Corpse being an already huge honor. To add to their ongoing hype, Gatecreeper have just dropped a new two-song EP, titled Sweltering Madness, in the middle of their trek across North America.

Released through Closed Casket Activities, Sweltering Madness gives more of Gatecreeper’s refined-yet-vile brand of death metal. Being the first release of new material since last year, the band are clearly eager to keep offering fans new musics to keep their interest piqued. The two songs add up to just over nine minutes, and with the band performing these pieces live, it seems like a solid deal for $2 to get caught up with their live show.
