Having been hyped up for the past few months, Vuur, featuring Anneke van Giersbergen of The Gathering and Devin Townsend Project fame, is finally slated to release their debut album. Entitled In This Moment We Are Free- Cities, the band is starting to fire on all cylinders.

Taking cues from symphonic, power, and progressive metal, Vuur released their debut single “Days Go By – London” back in June. Since then there hasn’t been any heavy updates other than live shows and behind the scenes photos, but Vuur are finally confirming that their debut is releasing on October 20th of this year. Better yet, they’ve offered a new, six minute album preview of all the tracks.
