With the current state of Superhero movies coming from Warner Bros and there attempt to build a cohesive Universe a struggle, the studio is in dire need of some stability to proceed with their ambitious schedule of DC Entertainment films through the year 2020. Well it’s hard pressed to do that when your Directors continue to flee projects, like The Flash. Director Rick Famuyiwa has exited the planned movie of the Scarlet Speedster.

Slated for a 2018 release, The Flash is to be a part of a long line of Warner/DC movies scheduled to be released in the next several years. Seems, Mr. Famuyiwa was having creative differences with W.B. about the direction of the film. Mr.Famuyiwa is not the first to exit the planned movie about the Fastest Man Alive. Director Seth Grahame-Smith also left the project this April. Trouble seems to be surrounding  the production of The Flash, from settling on a Director, to conflicts with the popularity of the T.V show. The Flash on the C.W. is one of the hottest and most popular Superhero properties on TV, and actor Grant Guston, who plays the title character Barry Allen has captured the hearts and minds of fans across the hero spectrum, which has added more pressure to the production of the movie version. Stay tuned for more on this story as news hits.
