This just in folks! As I made my way to the Heroes and Villains costume competition at the Latitude Bar on 8th Avenue in the heart of New York, I had the privilege of meeting the artist of Tech Jacket from Image Comics. Mr. Khary Randolph, who derives his inspiration from “non-cape” super-heroes

such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Transformers, gave me a small inside scoop of his latest “gig” from DC Comics. This Boston, Massachusetts native and Class of 2000 Visual Arts graduate will jump on board as the artist for…..ROBIN WAR. Serving as the after math of “We Are…..Robin” this depicts Damian Wayne coming back from over seas with various teenagers taking on “his” mantle as Robin. What makes Damian so intriguing is that he doesn’t “have-fun” with being Robin. He is a child with the soul of a hardened warrior who would stare the devil in the face and spit right in it. During this August 19th event, Randolph tells me not to quote him, but we might get a release date of December. With Damian Wayne already facing death and Resurrection, how will the Robin War further him as the “ultimate side-kick?” Randolph explains that he always wanted to work with Robin, and as a fan of the old school martial arts genre, lets see what action Damian undergoes under this artists fierce hand!
