After months of silence, Swedish death metal tyrants VAMPIRE strike with the release the 4-track mini LP entitled Cimmerian Shade. Out September 25th, Cimmerian Shade will be released digitally as well as on 10″ vinyl via Century Media Records.
Offering ghoulish, horror-ridden Nordic death metal, VAMPIRE gets sinister with South American thrash metal parts and an omnipresent eldritch atmosphere. Cimmerian Shade also reveals their departure into unconquered shores by adding an epic touch to the music, a new facet in the essential VAMPIRE sound. Pre-orders for Cimmerian Shade begin August 28th, and limited edition silver and gold vinyl versions will also be available. Both are limited to 100 copies only and available at CM Distro Europe (golden vinyl) and CM Distro US (silver vinyl) exclusively.
The beautifully detailed cover artwork was done by the very talented Dilek Baykara. Check out her art at www.dilekbaykara.us. Album tracklist below.
