Kaotoxin Records has revealed details about the forthcoming debut EP from Bulgaria’s SOURCES OF I. Faces, a three-song offering of Melodic Dark Metal is set to be released worldwide on August 14th as a limited edition (500 copies) deluxe DigiSleeve CD and digital download.
Recently signed to Kaotoxin’s sub-label, Tanquam Aegri Somnia, SOURCES OF I is a new band formed by Déhà (We All Die (laughing), C.O.A.G, Merda Mundi) on bass and vocals, Dragshan and Delian on guitars and Vortep on drums.
Produced at the HHStudio (Yhdarl, Miserable Failure, Atara), the EP displays a unique mix of Dark and Black Metal. The band has created an epic and doom-laden sound, based on dark philosophies and negative introspection, full of crushing melodies and viciously intense anthems of darkness with a very strong and personal identity.
