Boston thrashers Carnivora have teamed up with Metal Insider to premiere the lyric video of their new song “Pessimist’s Tongue“. The track is an intense preview of what listeners can expect from the band’s upcoming EP “The Vision“, which is scheduled for release in the coming weeks.
The band’s vocalist M. Scott Lentine had the following to say about the song: “Pessimist’s Tongue is about how words can be used as a powerful and manipulative weapon. This song and the overall lyrical approach on the EP relate to some of my own personal struggles.

An extensive US summer tour is currently in the works and will be announced shortly. “The Vision” is the follow up to the critically acclaimed and self produced full length debut “Eternal“, which was released in 2013. Recently the band teamed up with upstart management company, Manshark Entertainment, which was founded by Matt Bachand of Shadows Fall and Act of Defiance.
