Marvel.com has sent out a message to all its users that come October 22nd, the site will no longer host the forum section of their site. They go on to state that their will be another new way for users to leave comments and communicate. Check out the official announcement below…

Hello True Believer!
As you can see from the new Marvel.com home page and Comics sections, we’re working on making epic improvements to the look, feel and usability of the site. Even more updates and changes are coming, including a brand new, and totally awesome, commenting system.
As a result, the fans.marvel.com Forums will be shut down (tentatively scheduled for 10/22/13). We’re excited for you to experience all the exciting updates on the way.
