It should come as no surprise that when speaking about Bloivar Trask being involved in Days of Future Past that only one small ball of amazing should surface as the role. This actor is indeed Peter Dinklage. When this came to pass no one was surprised, however the second villain for the film has been announced and it comes in the form of the Vulture and is being played by Josh Helman. Bryan Singer has featured Stryker twice in his films, I’m very curious as to what the infatuation with this villain is.

In the original Days of Future Past comics, the central plot revolved around Kitty Pryde travelling a from dystopian timeline to a point in the past before it all went so badly wrong. For this version, a lot of the details have been changed, perhaps most notably the identity of the traveller. Instead of Kitty Pryde taking the trip herself, this version of events will see her sending Wolverine downstream. Another twist comes when Kitty gets into trouble, leaving Wolverine stranded. As Vulture speculates:

“the other X-Men must race to find a mutant who can siphon Kitty’s powers and bring their friend back to the future. Could that be the plot development that brings Anna Paquin’s power-copying Rogue into the fold once again?”
