Despite what has been going on the world of Tim Lambesis and all of the drama surrounding his trial, Austrian Death Machine will still release their album. Fan’s have no concerns about the life of the family, the safety of the children, or the actual trial itself. Instead they are geared towards questions of whether or not the album will be released. This is a factor because the album was kick started by fans and so with their investment comes demands of results. A new post on the Austrian Death Machine Facebook confirms the album is done:

UPDATE!!! Neaaaahhh!!!

Tim finished all of his parts back before he went on tour in Asia. He was just waiting for me to do my parts and put together the finishing touches on the mix of the album. I’m working on that this starting this week now that I have the files. The CD should be done soon and then we’ll start planning to manufacture.

Austrian Death Machine had previously raised $78,000 in crowd funding for the album. This is ironic considering that the band had recorded right before Lambesis’ trip to Asia in which he was immediately apprehended upon his return. This also begs the question of who posted this message? Lambesis is out on house arrest, yet I’m sure that he has a lot of other issues that he is currently dealing with. Lambesis paid a bail bondsman $160,000 to be released on June 4th and has been under house arrest ever since.
