It’s been three years since the release of Grimus’ EP, Gutter Earth. Hailing from Elizabeth, New Jersey this death metal band is releasing their first full-length studio album, Omnicide.
With a compilation of members form Windfaerer, Metal Blade and Allefaeon, this band prides themselves on a combination of sounds eluding a guttural, cutting-edge, metal prowess. All of these elements and more are featured in in their new album, Omnicide. The name of the album is literally translated to the killing of everything and is testament to the bloodthirsty, heinous audacity of man brought on by his own demise.
This album is 36 minutes in length. It was tracked and mixed by guitarist Marco Bobadilla at Crimson Recording and was mastered by the skilled Alan Douches who is notorious for working on albums from Cannibal Corpse, Beneath the Massacre, and Job for a Cowboy. The album will be released on June 25th.
