Playing right before Whitechapel each night will be Miss May I along with After The Burial, The Plot In You, Within The Ruins (5/3-5/17) and Struc/tures (3/10-3/30) opening the show.

Tank, the legendary British Heavy Metal Band, plan to record their first live DVD. The band featuring Mick Tucker and Cliff Evans on guitar alongside ex-Rainbow/Yngwie Malmsteen frontman Doogie White, ex-Bruce Dickinson bassist Chris Dale and ex-Helloween/Firewind drummer Mark Cross will record their show on March, 9th 2012 in Stodola Club in Warsaw (Poland).

Joe Simon, legendary comic book writer, creator and artist has passed away at the age of 98, according to his son’s Facebook posts. Simon’s most notable co creation (with Jack Kirby) Captain America, was recently featured in the Marvel Comics movie Captain America: The First Avenger.
