Woods of Ypres singer David Gold was killed in a car accident December 22nd in his beloved Ontario. He was 31. A member of the Northern Ontario Black Metal, he was ready to release the album Woods 5: Grey Skies & Electric Light on January 30th. through Earache Records. His long time girlfriend Morgan Lander, the lead singer of Kittie, is planning a memorial show for him. Lander said she will “make it amazing.”
